  • 1 precooked ham
  • water
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Put ham into a large pan filled with water, to which you add vinegar and brown sugar.

    Boil 2 hours or until thermometer reaches 130° to 140°.

    Let stand overnight in brine.

    Remove and slice to serve.
