- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Put ham into a large pan filled with water, to which you add vinegar and brown sugar.

2Boil 2 hours or until thermometer reaches 130° to 140°.

3Let stand overnight in brine.

4Remove and slice to serve.
