  • 1000 grams White rice
  • 5 tablespooons Vinegar
  • 1 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 can Canned flavored sardines
  • 2 eggs Kinshi tamago
  • 2 thin Carrot
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 few leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Wasabi
  • 7 Nori (dried seaweed sheet)
  • 1 White sesame seeds

    Mix together the vinegar, sugar, and salt.

    Rinse the rice, top with kombu seaweed (not listed), and cook the rice to a somewhat firmer texture than usual.

    Once cooked, mix with the vinegar mixture.

    To prepare the filling: Boil the carrots.
