  • 1 envelope of chamomile tea
  • 2 tsp honey or more to taste
  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

    Boil one cup of water

    Pour it in a mug with an envelope of chamomile tea and let it rest for 5min

    Heat up milk and pour it in with the tea

    Add honey and sprinkle nutmeg and mix
