  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 3 large potatoes

Directions

    In large skillet, fry bacon crispy.

    Dice and fry potatoes. Break bacon into small bits as potatoes fry.

    Crack eggs into bowl (don't break).
  4. 4
    When potatoes are nearly finished, put bacon bits into them and stir.
  5. 5
    Pour eggs over all and simmer until done. Divide and eat.

    Serves 6 or more.
