- 1 doz. eggs
- 3 large potatoes

1In large skillet, fry bacon crispy.

2Dice and fry potatoes. Break bacon into small bits as potatoes fry.

3Crack eggs into bowl (don't break).

4When potatoes are nearly finished, put bacon bits into them and stir.

5Pour eggs over all and simmer until done. Divide and eat.

6Serves 6 or more.
