  • 1 c. tomato juice or 3 Tbsp. catsup plus 1 c. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns or 2 c shredded, fresh potatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. butter (optional)
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
