  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 c. tart sliced apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 2/3 c. water

Directions

    Place apples in bottom of casserole dish and add water.

    Break bread in small pieces over apples.

    Melt oleo, add egg and dry ingredients. Pour over crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
