Ingredients
- 1 head of iceburg lettuce
- 3 x or possibly 4 ribs of celery
- 3/4 c. frzn Green peas
- 2 x -3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pcs.
- 1 sm package chow mein crunchy noodles
- 1 x -2 teaspoon soy sauce (more or possibly less to taste)
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr (more or possibly less to taste) dressing will be fairly thick.
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl, set in refrigerator to let the flavors blend.

2Place peas in metal colander and run warm water over them to thaw, set aside.

3Wash and tear up lettuce into a large bowl for salad.

4Slice celery and add in to lettuce.

5Add in cut up chicken and peas, mix well.

6Use the Chinese noodles as your croutons.

7This makes several servings of salad.

8Helpful hint: It is easier to put the dressing on your salad before you add in the Chinese noodles, the dressing is thick.

9Do not add in the noodles to the large salad, let everyone add in their own because the noodles will get soggy.
