- 1 pkg. kielbasa sausage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans small potatoes
Directions

1Slice sausage in half lengthwise, then slice sausage 3/4-inch thick in half moon shapes.

2Slice onion and peppers into strips. Slice the potatoes.

3Drain liquid from water chestnuts.

4Place all ingredients in a large skillet.

5Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.

6Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

7When camping, vegetables can be prepared before you leave and stored in Ziploc bags.

8The sausage should be left in its original wrapping and prepared that night before cooking.
