  • 1 pkg. kielbasa sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans small potatoes

Directions

    Slice sausage in half lengthwise, then slice sausage 3/4-inch thick in half moon shapes.

    Slice onion and peppers into strips. Slice the potatoes.

    Drain liquid from water chestnuts.

    Place all ingredients in a large skillet.

    Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.

    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

    When camping, vegetables can be prepared before you leave and stored in Ziploc bags.

    The sausage should be left in its original wrapping and prepared that night before cooking.
