- 2 1/4 lbs moose (1 inch cubes)
- 12 cups water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 turnip, chopped
- 2 parsnips, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Directions

1In a large boiler add 12 cups water, 2 1/2 lbs. Moose meat.

2Add chopped onion and let boil for one hour. Add chopped.
