- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 8 oz. red hots
Directions

1In large skillet, put water, sugar and red hots.

2Cook until red hots melt.

3Put apples in syrup and cook until apples are tender.

4Turn apples over while cooking.

5Remove apples.

6Put in a baking dish.

7Cook syrup until it's waxy, then pour over the apples.
