  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 c. flour
  • 7 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 c. oil
  • 1 c. boiled water
  • dash of sesame oil

    Beat eggs.

    Peel bananas and cut into 1-inch pieces.

    Coat serving plate with sesame oil.

    Dip banana pieces in flour, then coat with eggs.

    Mix in dry flour again.

    Deep fry bananas in 450° oil until golden brown; remove.

    In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, the sugar and the boiled water; stir over medium heat until sugar melts, then simmer over low heat.

    Stir until it becomes caramel color.

    Coat bananas with caramel and place on serving plate.
