  • 4 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 4 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Place all ingredients in saucepan.

    Cover and bring to boil, then simmer slowly for about 30 minutes.
