  • 1 qt. commercial dill pickles, drained and quartered
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. alum
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

    Mix ingredients in pan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over pickles.

    In 4 or 5 days, they will be ready.
