- 6 quarts popcorn (popped)
- 2 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Keep popped popcorn in oven at 200 - 250 degrees to keep warm. Boil brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt for 5 minutes.

2Take off stove and add baking soda.

3Stir well and add to popcorn in a large oven proof bowl.

4Stir well and return to oven for 10 minutes.

5Remove from oven.

6Stir well and return to oven for another 10 minutes.

7Take out of pan and place on waxed paper until cool.

8Store in an air tight container.
