  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. walnuts

Directions

    Bring sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar and water to a boil at 240°.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in vanilla and nuts.

    Pour and separate on aluminum foil.
