  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 13 cup melted butter
  • 34 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 5 granny smith apples, peeled cored,sliced thin
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 34 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup caramel topping
  • 14 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    CRUST:Mix first 4 ingredients and press into a 10 inch pie pan up sides also.

    Bake 375 for 6-8 minutes or golden.

    Remove and cool.

    Pour caramel in bottom of crust and sprinkle with pecans,chill.

    FILLING:In a large skillet melt butter add brown sugar,salt,cinnamon add apples cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender cool 10 minutes pour into pie shel.

    TOPPING:With a mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth add egg,lemon juice,and vanilla pour over apple filling.

    Bake 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.

    let cool and chill 4 hours then room temp.

    TOPPING:Top with whipped cream caramel and pecans and swirl with a knife.
