- 1 (8 oz.) container soft margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 chocolate covered nut candy bars (1 3/4 oz. each), chopped and divided
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat margarine and sugars together until light and fluffy.

3Blend in eggs.

4Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Reserve 1/2 cup of chopped candy.

5Stir remaining candy into batter.

6Spread mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Scatter remaining 1/2 candy on top of batter.

8Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.

9Cool and cut into squares.

10Makes 2 dozen.
