Candy From Potatoes

Directions

   Mash a cold boiled potato and work in confectioners sugar and vanilla until desired consistency.

   Press the mixture down flat and spread with peanut butter.

   Roll up as a jelly roll or roll into balls and dip in melted chocolate.

   Real good, don't knock until you try it.
