  • 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies (any vanilla cookie 1 lb. pkg. will work)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 3 Heath bars, crushed

Directions

    Melt margarine and let cool.

    Mix with cookies and press in 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Mix instant pudding and milk.

    Add vanilla ice cream. Beat until smooth and then pour on cookie mixture.

    Spread on Cool Whip and sprinkle with Heath bars (crushed).

    Refrigerate.
