- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Stem, cut and wash beans.

2Blanch beans and pack in jars (real full).

3Add salt and lemon juice.

4Do not add water.

5Cook in pressure cooker with 10 pounds pressure for 30 minutes.

6When ready to use, a cheese sauce may be added or brown butter in a saucepan and add onion, bologna pieces or bacon.

7Then add beans and simmer 5 minutes.
