  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • flour
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can water
  • 1 pt. water

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients to form a stiff dough and roll into a rectangle.

    Mix hamburger, water and salt; sprinkle on a little flour so mixture will stick together.

    Now spread hamburger mixture over dough.

    Roll up like a jelly roll.

    Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.

    Mix next 7 ingredients and simmer for about 35 minutes.

    Now transfer this mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Then lay hamburger roll on top and add the 1 pint water.

    Bake in a slow oven for about 30 minutes.
