  • peanut oil
  • 1 tsp. ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 bunch green scallions
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
