- 1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in 1/2-inch strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or more to taste
Directions

1Brown pork in oil.

2Drain on paper towel.

3Place all ingredients into covered pot and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven.

4Serve over hot rice or noodles.
