  • 1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in 1/2-inch strips
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or more to taste

Directions

    Brown pork in oil.

    Drain on paper towel.

    Place all ingredients into covered pot and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven.
