- 1/2 lb. lean pork, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
- 3 c. thinly sliced Chinese cabbage
- chow mein noodles
Directions

1In large saucepan, lightly brown pork in oil, stirring frequently.

2Stir in soy sauce, pepper and ginger.

3Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken broth; simmer 15 minutes.

4Add cabbage and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

5Garnish each serving with noodles.
