- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen, chopped leaf spinach, thawed
- 1/2 lb. diced honey-baked ham
- 3 c. marinara sauce
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 lb. cooked capellini
- salt and pepper, if desired
Directions

1Melt butter with olive oil in frying pan.

2Saute spinach for 10 minutes.

3Add diced ham, saute 10 minutes.

4Add marinara sauce; simmer 10 minutes.

5Stir in grated cheese and cream.

6Heat through, but do not boil.

7Serve over cooked and well drained capellini.
