Capellini With Clams

- 1 lb. capellini or linguini
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 chopped shallots
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 8 oz. drained and diced Italian plum tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium can drained, minced clams
Directions

1In skillet, saute garlic, shallots and onion in olive oil over low heat.

2When translucent, add clams and mix well.

3Then add tomatoes.

4Season to taste and cook approximately 5 minutes.
