  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) soft silken-style tofu, chilled
  • 1 container (1 lb.) low-fat cappuccino yogurt, chilled
  • 2 cups vanilla-flavoured soy beverage (So Nice brand), chilled

Directions

    In blender place tofu, yogurt and 1-1/2 cups soy beverage.

    Blend on low speed as container will be very full.

    Increase speed; blend for a few seconds longer.

    Pour remaining 1/2 cup soy beverage into serving pitcher or small punch bowl.

    Add blender contents; whisk briefly.
