- 1 container (1 lb.) low-fat cappuccino yogurt, chilled
- 2 cups vanilla-flavoured soy beverage (So Nice brand), chilled
Directions

1In blender place tofu, yogurt and 1-1/2 cups soy beverage.

2Blend on low speed as container will be very full.

3Increase speed; blend for a few seconds longer.

4Pour remaining 1/2 cup soy beverage into serving pitcher or small punch bowl.

5Add blender contents; whisk briefly.
