- 1 baguette (400 g), cut into 36 slices
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 9 bocconcini (1/2 lb./225 g), 1-1/2 inch balls
- 1 jar (380 mL) Classico Bruschetta di Sorrento Extra Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 36 small fresh basil leaves

1Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

2Brush both sides of bread slices with oil; place in single layer on baking sheet.

3Bake 4 to 5 min.

4on each side or until toasted on both sides.

5Meanwhile, cut each bocconcini into 4 slices; set aside.

6Combine bruschetta, capers and vinegar.

7Top toast slices with basil, bocconcini and bruschetta mixture.
