Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. total fish (assorted types, boneless chunks of fillet)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 small can corn
  • 1 small can baby clams
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. each: oregano, parsley, onion salt and basil
  • 2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 stick butter

    Combine with all other ingredients, except cream, milk and butter; simmer until fish is cooked.
