- 6 cups sliced and peeled apples
- 1 cup baking mix, plus
- 2 tablespoons baking mix, like bisquick
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 20 caramels, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, softened
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Mix apples, 2 TBS baking mix and cinnamon.

3Stir in caramels.

4Spread in ungreased 8x8 pan.

5Mix remaining ingredients together.

6Sprinkle over apples.

7Bake 35-40 minutes til apples are tender and topping is brown.
