- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Stick wooden skewers into stem end of apples.

2Combine corn syrup, cream and butter.

3Cook over low heat; add vanilla.

4Dip apples into syrup (work fast).

5Roll in coarsely chopped nuts, if desired.

6Place upright on well-greased cookie sheet to cool.
