- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. melted margarine or butter
- 32 light caramels
- 5 Tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecan nuts
Directions

1Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda, salt and margarine.

2Save a little for topping.

3Place the mixture in the bottom of an 11 x 7-inch pan.

4Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

5Melt caramels.

6Add milk or cream; sprinkle chips and pecans over mixture in pan. Spread caramel mixture over this; top with remaining crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
