- 32 caramels
- 3 Tbsp. cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Melt in double boiler 32 caramels, cream and butter.

2Mix together butter and sugar.

3Add flour, soda, salt and oatmeal. Press 3/4 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

5Pour caramel sauce over crust.

6Add chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

7Pour remaining crumbs over top.

8Bake another 15 minutes.
