- 2 cups oatmeal
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 12 cups butter, softened
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1 (12 ounce) package caramels (unwrapped)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Mix oatmeal, salt, sugar, flour, soda and butter together really well.

2Press 1/2 of mixture onto the bottom of a slightly greased 9x13 pan.

3Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

4While it's still hot, pour the chocolate chips on top of crust.

5Spread to cover entire crust.

6Melt caramels and condensed milk in microwave.

7Stir frequently.

8Pour caramel mixture over chocolate layer evenly.
