Mandarin Orange Compote

  • 7 small mandarin oranges
  • 500 ml Water
  • 90 grams Sugar
  • 1 tsp Brandy

Directions

    Peel the oranges by hand as you usually would, peeling off as much of the white pith as you can.

    Bring the ingredients to a boil together in a pot.

    Add in the oranges and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Let the contents of the pot cool, and then put them in the fridge until completely chilled.
