  • 4 cups white bread cubes
  • 1 pkg. (7-1/2 oz.) SNACKWELL'S Caramel Delights Cookies, quartered
  • 1-3/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping (optional)

Directions

    Mix bread cubes and cookies in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.

    Mix milk, egg product, sugar and vanilla with wire whisk until well blended.

    Pour evenly over bread mixture; stir gently until bread cubes are evenly moistened.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.

    Cool slightly.
