- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 1 teaspoon sherry wine
- brown sugar
Directions

1Place cherries in ovenproof dish.

2Place cream and sherry in bowl and whip until soft peaks form.

3Pour over cherries.

4Sprinkle thickly with brown sugar.

5Cook under preheated grill for 3-4 minutes until sugar caramelises.
