- 6 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 60 Kraft caramels, melted, mixed with 1/2 c. Milnot
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt Kraft caramels with Milnot.

3Mix cake mix with melted butter, milk and pecans.

4Spread 1/2 cake mixture in a greased and floured pan.

5Bake 8 minutes at 350°. Take out of oven and pour semi-sweet chocolate chips on this. Spread the caramel mixture on, then the rest of the cake mixture on top.

6Bake 13 minutes, then let set several hours.
