- 5 quart of popped corn (be sure to remove all unpopped kernels)
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 2 cups of light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of white corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
Directions

1Mix together and bring to a boil, boil rapidly for 5 minutes, remove from heat and pour over popcorn, be sure your pan is big enough to stir well,

2I use a large roaster, then bake in 250° oven 1 hour.

3Make sure to stir every 10 to 15 minutes.

4Let cool well.

5When done you can place in a container with a tight lid, it keeps well.
