- 8 qt. popped corn, unsalted (1 2/3 c. unpopped corn)
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.

3Pour over corn and mix well.

4Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 250°, stirring once to coat with syrup.

5Spread out on counter from 10 to 15 minutes to cool.
