Crustless Custard Pie

  • 12 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon (plus More For Sprinkling)
  • Coarse Sugar, For Sprinkling

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

    In a blender or food processor, mix evaporated milk, eggs, butter, vanilla and sugar. Pulse to mix. Add flour and ground cinnamon. Mix until combined and smooth.

    Pour batter into prepared pie dish. Top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and coarse sugar. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly brown.

    Let pie cool for 30 minutes before serving. If desired, top with whipped cream when serving. Keep leftovers in refrigerator.
