Caramel Corn

  • 10 c. corn (about 1/2 cup of unpopped corn)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. light Karo syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Boil oleo, brown sugar and Karo syrup 5 minutes.

    Stir in baking soda.

    Pour over corn.

    Put in oven at 250°.

    Stir from bottom up every 15 minutes for about 45 minutes.
