- 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 to 8 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Mix butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt in a large saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.

3Pour and mix well with popped corn.

4(Pecans, peanuts, walnuts or cashews may be added.)

5Bake in a 225° oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

6Remove from oven.

7Cool.

8Store in covered container.
