- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 3 lg. sweet onions, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 6 - 8 slices of french bread, 1 inch thick
- 6 - 8 slices swiss cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.

2Mix soup and soy sauce in bowl.

3Place all in baking dish.

4Cover with soy sauce. Place shredded cheese on top of mixture. Top with 6 to 8 slices of french bread.

5Then place 6 to 8 slices of swiss cheese on top of bread.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 375 for 30 minutes covered, uncover and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
