- 1/2 box brown sugar
- 1/3 small can evaporated milk
- 1/3 stick margarine
- unsalted popped corn
- peanuts (optional)
Directions

1Put brown sugar in heavy saucepan and just enough water to dissolve.

2Stir and cook over medium heat until it forms soft ball in cold water.

3(Don't stir much.)

4Remove from heat and add evaporated milk and margarine.

5Put back on heat and cook to soft ball stage again.

6Remove from heat and pour over a large bowl of popped corn mixed with peanuts, if desired.
