- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Stirring constantly, bring to a boil butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.

2Boil 5 minutes, without stirring.

3Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla.

4Pour over corn; mix well. Spread in 2 shallow baking pans.

5Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

6Cool completely.

7Break apart.

8Store in tightly covered container.
