  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 7 qt. popped corn (no oil, no salt)

Directions

    Bring brown sugar, corn syrup, pecans and butter to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.

    Pour mixture over popcorn; mix well.

    Bake in a 250° oven for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
