- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 7 qt. popped corn (no oil, no salt)
Directions

1Bring brown sugar, corn syrup, pecans and butter to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.

3Pour mixture over popcorn; mix well.

4Bake in a 250° oven for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
