- 4 quarts popped corn (up to 6 quarts)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 14 cup light corn syrup or 14 cup maple syrup or 14 cup molasses
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- kosher salt
- nuts (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Butter large baking pan or just line with silpat and set asside.

3In a pot large enough to hold all the popcorn, combine brown sugar, cutter, and syrup.

4Heat over a low heat until liquified.

5Add vanilla and baking soda.

6Mix well.

7Pour popcorn into the pot, stirring until well coated.

8Spread on prepared pan.

9Bake for 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
