  • 3 qt. popped corn
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. syrup
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Mix syrup, salt, vinegar, salt and pepper and butter in 2 quart pan.

    Stir constantly; bring to a boil over medium heat until mixture reaches the hard crack stage 290°.

    Add soda and mix well. Pour foamy mixture over corn.
