- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 bag puffed corn or popcorn
- Disposable roasting pan
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250

2Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in small saucepan for 1 minute.

3Remove from heat and add baking soda. It will foam up.

4Put bag of puffed corn in throw away roasting pan.

5Pour caramel mixture evenly over puffed corn and stir until well coated.

6Place in 250 oven for 45 minutes, but stir well after 15 minutes and then again every 10 minutes.

7Pour on to waxed paper and break apart.
